Classes available for children · sisters (female teachers) · brothers (male teachers) · adults. Every course welcomes adult learners.

How our courses connect

A ladder for reading, a lens for understanding

The reading ladder

These courses build on each other, one rung at a time. Noorani Qaida lays the groundwork, Tajweed sharpens your pronunciation, Recitation brings fluency, and Hifz carries those skills into memorising the Quran.

The understanding lens

These courses help you see what you recite. Translation and Tafsir explain the meaning, Quran & Hadith shows it put into practice, Arabic Language lets you understand it directly, and Islamic Studies grounds everyday faith. You can start any of them alongside your reading.

Choosing a starting point

Not sure where to begin?

Start from what you can do today, not from your age. Children and adults follow the same courses; your teacher simply adapts the pace and style.

  • You don’t recognise the Arabic letters yet → Noorani Qaida
  • You can read, but your pronunciation needs work → Quran Reading with Tajweed
  • You read correctly but slowly or hesitantly → Quran Recitation
  • You’re ready to start memorising → Hifz
  • You want to know what the words mean → Quran Translation
  • You want the deeper message and context → Tafsir or Quran & Hadith
  • You want to understand Arabic for yourself → Arabic Language
  • You want the essentials of faith and practice → Islamic Studies

Still unsure? Your trial teacher will assess your level and recommend the right course.

Inside a class

What happens in a typical lesson

Every class is live, one-to-one and [PLACEHOLDER: 30] minutes long. The material changes from course to course, but most lessons follow a simple rhythm.

1

Warm-up revision

You begin by reading back what you covered last time, so your teacher can make sure it’s secure before moving on.

2

Something new

Your teacher introduces the next step: new letters, a Tajweed rule, a fresh passage or a new topic.

3

Practice with feedback

You read or recite while your teacher listens closely and corrects you on the spot.

Course questions

Questions about our courses

It depends on your current reading level rather than your age. If you can’t read Arabic letters yet, start with Noorani Qaida. If you can read but want to improve your pronunciation, choose Tajweed. If you want to understand what you recite, try Translation. Your trial teacher will confirm the best starting point.
